This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for reservation deposits and future purchases made through www.budgetberry.co (the “Site”).
1. Founding Family Reservation Deposits
Budget Berry may offer refundable reservation deposits for products that are currently in development.
Reservation deposits:
• Apply toward the final purchase price of one device
• Secure priority access at launch
• Do not constitute a completed purchase
• Do not guarantee product availability or a specific delivery date
Reservation deposits apply per device. Customers planning to purchase multiple devices must place one reservation per device.
Refunds for Reservation Deposits
Reservation deposits are fully refundable at any time prior to product shipment.
To request a refund, please email info@budgetberry.co using the same email address associated with your reservation and include your full name and a brief note requesting a refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
If Budget Berry elects not to proceed with production, all reservation deposits will be refunded in full.
2. Future Product Purchases
Once Budget Berry devices are available for shipment, additional refund and return terms may apply and will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
At this time, no physical products are being shipped.
3. Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within a reasonable time after approval. The time it takes for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
