Joining the early access list does not constitute a purchase, reservation, or guarantee of product availability.

3. Founding Family Reservation Deposits

Budget Berry may offer refundable reservation deposits for products that are currently in development.

A reservation deposit:

• Secures priority access at launch
• Applies toward the final purchase price of one device
• Does not constitute a completed purchase
• Does not guarantee product availability or a specific delivery date

Reservation deposits apply per device. Customers intending to purchase multiple devices must place one reservation per device.

All reservation deposits are fully refundable at any time prior to product shipment. Refund requests must be submitted by the original purchaser using the email address associated with the reservation by contacting info@budgetberry.co.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Budget Berry reserves the right to modify product specifications, pricing, features, and anticipated timelines during development.

If Budget Berry elects not to proceed with production, all reservation deposits will be refunded in full.

4. No Financial or Banking Services

The Site does not provide financial, banking, or investment services. Any references to banking partnerships, savings accounts, or financial functionality are preliminary and subject to regulatory, operational, and partnership approvals.

Nothing on this Site constitutes financial advice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design elements, is owned by Budget Berry LLC or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.
